11. DIRGHAYU VASTU: If the land remains highest in between south and south west and lowest in between north and north east then this land is called Dirghayu Vastu. This type of land for increasing generation.
 
12. PUNNAYAK VASTU: If the land becomes highest in between south west and west side and the lowest in between east and north east then the land is called Punnayak Vastu and all kinds of auspicious things become available.
 
13. APATH VASTU: If the land becomes highest in the middle between west and south east and sloping to east and north west then this land will be Apath Vastu and this type of land is the place of crime and quarrel.
 
14. ROGKRITO VASTU: The land which remains highest at south east and north and sloping between north west and south this land is called Rogkrito Vastu and this type of land is the place where remains possibility of diseases.
 
15. ARGOLA VASTU: When the land remains highest at the north and north east and remains lowest between south and south east then this land will be termed as Argala Vastu and this type of land destroys serious types of sin.
 
16. SHASMAN VASTU: If the land remains highest at north east and east and lowest at the south east and west then this land is termed as Shasman Vastu and this type of land becomes the reason to end the generation.
 
17. SHAYNAK VASTU: The land which will be highest at south west, south east and north east and will be lowest to the north east will be termed as Shaynak Vastu and this type of land becomes the reason of death.
 
18. SWAMUKH VASTU: The land which is the highest at south east, north east and North West and becomes lowest at north and south east that land is called Swamukh Vastu and this type of land becomes the reason of poverty.
 
19. BRAHMIN VASTU: When the land remains highest at north east, North West and south east and the lowest at the south east then this land will be termed as Brahmin Vastu and this land is inauspicious.
 
20. SHANDUL VASTU: The land which is the highest at north east and the lowest at north east, south east and north east this land is termed as Shandul Vastu and this land is inauspicious.
 
21. STHABOR VASTU: The land which is high only at the North West and low at south west, south east and north east this land is called Sthabor Vastu and this land becomes the cause of poverty.
 
22. STHANDIL VASTU: The land which high only at south east and low at south east, north east and north east this land is called Sthandil Vastu and this land is auspicious.
 
23. SUSTHAN VASTU: The land which is high at north east, south and south west and low at north that land is called Susthan Vastu and this land is auspicious for Brahman, learned persons and professors.
 
24. SUTAL VASTU: If the land is high at south west, west and south east and low at east then the land is called Sutal Vastu and this land is auspicious for king, administrator and the likes.
 
25. CHAR VASTU: The land which is high at south east, north and north east yet if its south side land is low then this land is called Char Vastu and this land is auspicious for business and tradesmen class.
 
26. SWAMUKH VASTU: The land when remains high at north east, east and north west and low at the west that land is termed as Swamukh Vastu and this land is favorable for the lower class people of the society.
